They were able to provide a custom cake overnight. We got the princess cake with custom lettering. Everyone said it was delicious.
This place is the answer to your prayers and you probably don't even know it and if you're like me who lives in NB and barely decided to give it a try on a casual stroll, you've been missing out! You are welcomed by a very delicious aroma as soon as you walk in, the glass showcasing some of the prettiest cakes you'd hate to mess up but are too enticed to care and pretty good and cheap coffee drinks. I always get the pine nut mini cookies and they are to die for, I've also tried their decadent but light cheesecake and INSANELY good princess cake. It's so tasty not overwhelmingly marzipan-y and almost has a tres leches twist to it. Treat yourself! The counter person/barista is always so nice and chill and genuinely gives a warm vibe to the already great bakery that it is. Highly recommend and if you feel guilty after indulging here, the church is literally up the street. Just saying.
Finally got my cannoli and yum! It was worth it. Crunchy pastry filled with creamy marscapone. Highly recommended.
I got the tiramisu thru DoorDash on 4/19 and it was soooooo good. It is not sweet. Love it Nothing is overpowering. I definitely want more . It is the best I had so far. I went back today 4/20 and got more tiramisu. The cheesecake is good too but a little too sweet for me!
The cannolis and princess cake are my favorite!! Staff is always friendly and fast! Conveniently located by Washington Square Park. It's nice to grab some goodies from here and sit outside in their outdoor seating or take it to the park and enjoy them there!
We tried the st.honore cake for our team member's birthday and everyone loved it. Fast service and arrived on time. Highly recommended. Their cakes have not been disappointing!
Although there wasn't a huge selection of delicious options, it was after dinner and what they did have was impressive. If you love chocolate as much as I do, their chocolate ganache cake is a dream come true. Not many places to sit so I consider it takeout, but at least you get your steps in and wear off a bit of dinner. Cheers!
I love supporting this bakery. They make the best latte and today I had their chocolate cupcake with whipped cream. Service is always excellent! What can you say about the ambiance? Sitting and enjoying the scenery around North Beach!
Love this spot! In the heart of North Beach located at Washington square is Victoria! Quick story, in high school when I'd cut class and roam around NB I'd take $2 and ask for as many amaretto cookies it could buy. With that said, know that its charged by weight. It is my absolute fav cookie they bake. AND! We cannot forget the Princess cake. Enjoy! Italian sweets for everyone.
